WATERCOLOR CLASSES   2012

A Year of Color Study!

Fun  *  Informative  *  A Wide Variety of Topics   *  Step-by-step demonstrations

Students of all levels are welcome   *  Reference photos and sketches provided

New:  Sign up for classes one week at a time

Take this year to truly learn all aspects of color:  pigments, mixing, theory, application
and terms.  Get color smart!  Each week will feature a significant color topic and include
quick studies and a painting project to illustrate the concepts taught.  Project categories
will be varied, fun and intersting.  Don't stay away because the project isn't your favorite
subject--come practice the color information and then take it home to apply to your own
     paintings.

Students may duplicate the demonstration painting, change it somewhat to make it their
own, or bring in their own topic-related reference material and work at their own pace.

You can sign up for classes individually as your schedule permits, or take all the classes
and complete your own color reference notebook.   Be the color expert on your block!

NEW!  After each class is taught, it will also be offered on this website as a fully
illustrated  down-loadable PDF file or as a printed handout.  If you have to miss
a class you can make it up at home at your leisure.   For On-line Lessons and other free
educational material, click on the On-line Education button above.
